As I held the stupid $45 parking ticket I received for blocking the idiotic street cleaner from FINALLY ridding our roads of about three leaves and half a twig, I couldn’t help but imagine the evil Burbank Parking Czar gazing into his crystal ball in delight at my utter despair.
As I exited our driveway, I saw the meter maid filling out the form. Alas, it was too late.
